Currently we are seeking a Fabrication Operator to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team on our 2nd shift. This person will operate fabrication machinery in a safe manner to fabricate steel parts for refuse equipment.

This position is eligible for a $3 shift differential!

Your Role in Our Mission: 
  • Use fabrication equipment and associated tooling in an efficient manner to optimize production. 
  • Maintain accuracy of fabricated parts by reading blueprints and measuring using precision measuring devices. 
  • Maximize machine efficiency to produce the necessary parts needed to meet production orders. 
  • Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping on equipment. 
  • Operate a forklift or crane as assigned in a safe and efficient manner. 
  • Report safety hazards or mechanical failures  to the Safety Department, Maintenance Department, Lead and Supervisor.  
To Perform this Job Successfully: 
  • 1 year of experience preferred in fabrication. 
  • Crane and forklift certification preferred. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively. 
  • Math skills including fractions, decimals, and angles. 
  • Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including the ability to maintain regular attendance.
