Duties/Responsibilities:
· Review daily MRP and schedule results for the production planners.
· Optimize the build sequence of jobs to maintain manufacturing constraints by modifying each job's ship-by date.
· Track production orders from release to completion.
· Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.
· Assemble manufacturing shop packets.
· Order non-stock production parts to the proper area.
· Inventory company stock units.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Proven work experience as a Production Scheduler, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and capacity planning.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
· Proficient in production scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
· Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Physical Requirements:
· Heavy manufacturing environment with time required on the production floor.
