Your Role in Our Mission:
- Run daily Epicor reporting for the Mounting department
- Deliver purchased and fabricated parts to required areas using a cart, forklift, or overhead crane.
- Maintain inventories and complete weekly cycle counts for all parts needed to complete assemblies.
- Order parts in an efficient manner to minimize delays.
- Receipt and stocking of inbound parts.
- Monthly auditing of non-used components and collaboration with accounting for accurate write-offs and disposals.
- Complete appropriate documentation for usage overages and reporting of that information to accounting and/or purchasing.
- Clean and maintain an orderly work area.
- Operate equipment in a safe manner and report hazards associated with the equipment or its operation to the appropriate department.
- Maintain teamwork and collaboration with production and management personnel regarding production needs.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferable in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read a tape measurer.
- Ability to read and understand documents and shop orders.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including effective listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and ERP systems such as Epicor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.
