Your Role in Our Mission:
- Directing the coordination and prioritization of products and rework through departmental processes to ensure timely completion of finished goods.
- Orchestration of cross-departmental coordination in expediting in-process work to inspect.
- Daily investigation of current stage of work-in-process for individual products.
- Review daily MRP and schedule results for the production planners.
- Optimize the build sequence of jobs to maintain manufacturing constraints by modifying each job's ship-by date.
- Track production orders from release to completion.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.
- Verify incoming chassis match engineering specifications.
- Complete reviews of each order to verify they are ready for production.
- Document and communicate problems with incoming chassis.
- Assemble manufacturing shop packets.
- Order non-stock production parts to the proper area.
- Inventory company stock units.
- Maintain teamwork and collaboration with production and management personnel regarding production needs.
- Knowledge of production processes and working in a fast-paced environment that may include short deadlines.
- 1 year preferred in administrative office work.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including effective listening skills with machinists, supervisors, and fabrication operators to troubleshoot issues.
- Knowledge and experience in working within an ERP system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other web-based systems.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.
