Currently we are seeking an individual as a pulse welder to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team.  This person will  weld metal parts together using specified wire welding processes. 

This person will be responsible to report to Carroll and Scranton plants.

Your Role in Our Mission:
  • Use Pulse welder to assemble fabricated metal assemblies in an efficient manner to maximize production.
  • Produce strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent.
  • Follow required procedures and use appropriate jigs and fixtures to assist in the assembly process.
  • Weld vertical, flat and overhead with good penetration.
  • Operate the equipment in a safe manner and report hazards associated with the equipment or its operations to the Safety Department and Maintenance Department.
  • Operate plasma cutter and acetylene torches.
  • Clean and maintain an orderly work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

To Perform this Job Successfully:
  • 1 year preferred in welding or fabrication.
  • Good communication.
  • Math skills including fractions and angles.
  • Read tape measure and angle finder.
  • Read blueprints and cut lists.
  • Operate the equipment in a safe manner and report hazards associated with the equipment or its operations to the Safety Department and Maintenance Department.
  • Operate plasma cutter and acetylene torches.
  • Clean and maintain an orderly work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
