Primary Purpose: Liaison between all New Way and outsourced production facilities.
General Description: Oversee daily activity of shipping and receiving parts for internal and external production processes.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for ensuring that the product within the department conforms to the pick list.
- Communicate effectively with all department supervisors.
- Coordinate ordering and monitor parts in stock.
- Plan shipments of raw product according to the production schedules.
- Update and maintain product pick lists and books as product changes.
- Use the ERP system, Epicor, to read work orders, order parts, and plan shipments.
- Ability to work fast-paced in a manufacturing environment.
- Communicate effectively with people internally and externally.
- Read and understand documents and shop orders.
